What are the accepted payment types
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, AMEX,
Maestro and V-Pay debit cards, iDeal payments (dutch market)
Apple Pay and Google Pay payments, UnionPay, JCB and SEPA Bank transfer.
We also accept cash payment. Cash payments will be paid to the driver upon reaching your destination.
Where can I confirm that I’ve paid for my booking?
After your booking is successfully placed you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during the booking process. If you’ve opted to pre-pay your booking this will be reflected in your confirmation email.

I’ve been charged. Do I need to do anything?
You card has been charged, this means you’ve opted to pre-pay your transfer booking. This means you’re all done and don’t have to do anything.
On the day of your travel, your driver will be waiting for you to transport you to your destination.
How can I request an invoice?
After you succesfully complete your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing your transfer booking details and invoice. If you can’t find your confirmation email and invoice, please also check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
Additionally you can request that the AIrotransfer customer service department re-send you your confirmation email and invoice.
Will I need to pay anything additional upon arrival?
If you’ve opted to pre-pay your booking online, you will not have to pay anything upon arrival.
If you opted to pay later, you will be requested to make payment for the invoice price of the transfer upon reaching your destination. Cash payments can be settled with your taxi driver.
Can I make changes to my booking?
You can make changes to your transfer booking up to 1 hour before the ride is scheduled to happen.
I’ve paid for my booking but I haven’t received an email to confirm. What should I do?
Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder or send inquiry to Airotransfer customer service department, requesting a new confirmation email.
I cannot find my confirmation email, what should I do?
You can send a request to our customer service department and they will re-send you your booking confirmation email.
Can you resend my confirmation email?
If you can not find your confirmation mail, please check your SPAM box. You can also send a request to our customer service department to resend the confirmation mail of your booking. Contact our customer service department via WhatsApp Chat: +31 622494449.
